The center is established for the engagement of citizens at immediate communities to connect physically for integration,cooperation and development. This center has produced young footballers that have formed their club and have encouraged and supported them to pursue their God given talents.

YCLA is committed to building schools and supporting homework clubs; this club is where seniors assist their younger ones in schools to do their homework . we contribute to the development of communities; YCLA also embark on massive empowerment of young people and women through trainings on Agriculture and we make them love farming

Young Citizen’s leadership Academy (YCLA) is powered by Logon Global
Foundation is an NGO registered in Nigeria in the year 2014, YCLA is a
leadership Academy specialized in trainings of young people and women in the society and also the about to retire civil, public and private servants. We help young people identify their vocation and assist them to develop their God’s given talents.

The academy is a school of thought titled methodology for digital age
civilizations; we educate school children and the society on core values of life,develop knowledge and skill through “One youth one skill” program which we have been able to implement in three states, i.e. Minna, Imo and Abuja, we were able to involve relevant bodies that supported our skills acquisition inMinna Niger State bodies like NDE (National Directorate ofEmployment) to make it a success.

There we were able to train school children to use the skill learnt as part of practical on home economics, every day they have practical and re-sale products produced in Minna, this reform was a huge success as the kids and teachers choose production of coconut oil and supply, in Abuja there have been ongoing projects of skills acquisitions in our center at a village in Lugbe.

Book review, tagged “Books are my best companion” which will feature

  • Review and summary of some text books they read in school (i.e. book literacy and importance of early child education)
  • The role of religious institutions in early child education
  • Parental guide in early child development/education
  • The society and early child development/education
  • Promoting social justice and child right

At the end of the competition awards and prices will be given to best participants amongst the children, appreciation and award will also go to the coordinating chairman of the programme and all dignitaries who supported the success of this program in one way or the other. We humbly demand that YCLA be offered the chance to do what we know how to do best, we shall also introduce great innovation we have in area of home economic subject as this will strengthen schools to be more productive and generate income to help the less privileges and to use the money realized to pay tuition fees of children whose parents could not afford, their fees; that way out of school children in that area will be reduced.

Catch Them Young

This is a beautiful project that should be domesticated in all the states’ governments.
We embarked on this conduct in Minna and recorded a huge success in the few primary schools we worked with on skills acquisition programme subtitled ” Home Economics management and economics”

Programme is designed for ages 9-15 who fall within primaries 5,6 and JSS 1,2,3

Young citizen’s leadership academy is powered by an NGO called Logon Global Foundation, on this programme we tagged “Catch Them Young” is designed for school children age 9-15 which is mostly for primary 5, 6 and JSS 1,2 & 3.
