The seventh code of conduct is to receive all data and information needed to engage organizations and citizens on Human Capital/Resources and capacity development, for Skills acquisition and employment recruitment. This is the industry for Manpower and Labor that will provide the platform for the development of industrial lines that will be required to fill the gaps in the job marketplaces and for sustainable development of the various angles of productivity and services delivery. It shall also monitor progress and evaluate the activities of the industries, providing adequate knowledge and skills through research and development to ensure that the set goals and their results are in tandem with established aims and objectives for Human Capital Development.
