The third code is a platform for the People’s representation. The obligation here is for the Rule of Law through CONSTITUTIONAL means. VASS will also be responsible for carrying out OVERSIGHTING FUNCTIONS of the activities of the entire structure and its operations at all levels. This code is to EXAMINE all data and information and also conduct LAW MAKING and establish rules of conduct for registered data/ information being received, define the allocation of Commissions, faculties, departments and agencies of government, define and identify roles, aims and objectives at all levels within the structure/strategy.
